Anniversary
In 2005, "La Pyramide" commemorated the fiftieth anniversary of the death of its founder,
Mr Fernand Point.
1955 marked the death of a leading name in
French gastronomy. Patrick Henriroux wanted to
use the occasion to pay a special tribute to Mr Point.
To do this, he brought together some of the top
names in French cooking.Some of them actually knew
this extraordinary man, while others were acquainted
only with the details of his legend:
