Patrick Henriroux is delighted to welcome a brand new recruit to his team in the person of Tristan Ringenbach, the new Head Wine Waiter.

Tristan Ringenbach, a wine waiter 30 years young and with a burgeoning talent, arrives to replace Jean-Claude Ruet, who has left to officiate at the legendary Ritz Hotel in Paris.

His departure marked the end of 17 years of close collaboration between him and Patrick Henriroux, who over that period placed his absolute trust in him to assemble a cellar worthy of a restaurant such as "La Pyramide". His departure will not undermine their friendship. On the contrary, it will strengthen it.

It was with a pang of anguish that Jean-Claude Ruet closed the heavy door of the La Pyramide cellar for the last time.

Henceforth it is Tristan Ringenbach, a rising star of French wine waiting, who will assist you in your epicurean selections.

You are bound to be enchanted by his Alsation roots, his experience at elite establishments, his kindness, his smile and his discretion.

His true tour de force will be to expand the quantity and range of bottles in the cellar, Patrick Henriroux has no doubt of that.
