Hello from Tokyo!

In his capacity as a trainer at Tokyo’s Palace Hotel and as the vice-Chairman of the Relais Gourmands network, Patrick Henriroux travelled to China and Japan. He travelled with Jaume Tapies (the international chairman of the Relais & Châteaux organisation) and Jean Michel Lorain (La Côte Saint Jacques, Joigny – France).

The adventure began in Japan’s capital - Tokyo - a city in which it is said that some of the highest property prices in the world can be found.

Here, they launched a Japanese version of the ’Relais et Châteaux’ guide, and promoted some of the finest companies in the world. Invited guests included 120 tour operators and travel agencies.
