They went on to enjoy a meal at the « Ding Xiang Garden » restaurant, presided
over by a rising star of Chinese gourmet cooking: Jereme Leung, a young Singapore chef who has recently settled in Shanghai.

A dinner with Jean Georges Vongerichten was also held during this gastronomic
adventure. He is a famous chef with Alsace roots, lionised in New York and head of a chain of twelve restaurants sprinkled across the globe.
