"L’espace PH3" of Patrick and Pascale Henriroux have the pleasure to welcome you since the 9th of March 2009.
The restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch or diner on design and convivial atmosphere.
After 20 years at "La Pyramide", Pascale and Patrick Henriroux, decided to create in their establishment a modern place which would reflect their personality.
No restaurant, because they already have a gastronomic kitchen, an inheritance of the famous "Fernand Point", who trained most of the big chef of France.
No bistrot, no brasserie because they don’t like this designation and the place does not suit of this working style.
Their desire? Realize a place of conviviality with a cooking of demonstration which they named "L’espace PH3". Indeed, the Henriroux family had the good idea to appropriate the number 3:
3 entrances, 3 dishes, 3 desserts, 3 white wines, 3 rosé wines, 3 red wines, 3 champagnes and 3 fruit juices.
On winter, install you in front of the chimney and take advantage of your meal in a soft heat...
On summer, take advantage of the terrace in a formal garden to savour dishes "à la carte"...
The chef and his team will delight you by its fine and creative cooking, which he qualifies himself as instinctive.
