Biography

Mr Patrick Henriroux was born on 20th November 1958
in Vesoul (Haute-Saône département),
is married to Pascale and is the father
of three children: Leslie, Boris and Lucas.
From 1974 to 1976 Hotel management studies at the Lycée Lumière, Luxeuil-les-Bains (Haute-Saône)
From 1977 to 1978 Auberge Bressane, Bourg-en-Bresse,
2 Michelin stars.
1979 Military service with the Rear Admiral in charge of the third military region, Hyères (Var).
1980 Auberge Bressane à Bourg en Bresse (Ain)
1981 Hostellerie du Château d’As,
Baume-les-Dames (Doubs),
1 Michelin star.
1982 Hôtel du Goyen, Audierne (Finistère),
1 Michelin star.
1983 Restaurant Georges Blanc, 3 Michelin stars, Vonnas (Ain).
From 1984 to june 1989 La Ferme de Mougins,
Mougins (Alpes-Maritimes).
From june 1989 à 1996 La Pyramide Fernand Point, Vienne (Isère), Manager and Chef de Cuisine.
1996 Owner of La Pyramide Fernand Point,
2 Michelin stars.
1999 Joined Les Relais et Châteaux.


Since his entry into Les Relais & Châteaux,
Mr Henriroux has become an
ambassador for Aga cookers,
teaches at the Palace Hôtel in Tokyo (Japan),
and has recently become Vice-President in charge
of the Relais Gourmands restaurants.
