Biography

Mr Patrick Henriroux was born on 20th November 1958
in Vesoul (Haute-Saône département),
is married to Pascale and is the father
of three children: Leslie, Boris and Lucas.
From 1974 to 1976Hotel management studies at the Lycée Lumière, Luxeuil-les-Bains (Haute-Saône)
From 1977 to 1978Auberge Bressane, Bourg-en-Bresse,
2 Michelin stars.
1979Military service with the Rear Admiral in charge of the third military region, Hyères (Var).
1980Auberge Bressane à Bourg en Bresse (Ain)
1981Hostellerie du Château d’As,
Baume-les-Dames (Doubs),

1982 Hôtel du Goyen, Audierne (Finistère),

Since his entry into Les Relais & Châteaux,
Mr Henriroux has become an
ambassador for Aga cookers,
teaches at the Palace Hôtel in Tokyo (Japan),
and has recently become Vice-President in charge
of the Relais Gourmands restaurants.
