La Pyramide offers its guests 19 rooms and 4 suites, all fully renovated, with a contemporary and luxurious feel, as well as a bistronomic restaurant, lounge bar and two-star Michelin restaurant.

We are currently recruiting a chef de rang (M/F) for our La Pyramide **** establishment in Vienne, Isère (38).

Job profile for demi-chef de rang at La Pyramide

As demi-chef de rang you will be responsible for:

• Assisting your chef de rang and the team in their duties and during service
• Setting up in the morning and afternoon
• Being familiar with the à la carte menu, the history of the establishment and our region
• Being proactive but also attentive to customer requests
• Being familiar with the aperitifs and cheeses on offer to our guests
• Working in support of the hotel's breakfast service
• Ensuring that our work is of the highest standard and that we set an example to all concerned

The brigade is made up of 10 people hired on a permanent basis. As demi-chef de rang, you will need to be attentive and curious so as to bring out the very best in you. You will need to be a cheerful and dynamic member of the team, with your good humour and commitment enabling you to grow alongside us, eventually progressing to a chef de rang position.

You will need to be a good salesperson who knows how to recognise guests’ needs so that you can constantly adapt what is on offer, while also working well alongside your chef de rang and the rest of the team.

Your salary will be calculated on the basis of your training and professional experience.

• 2 consecutive days off per week and a 3rd day in low season (5 months of the year)
• 5 weeks paid holiday per year - Closed on 24 and 31 December and also on 01 May

For our La Pyramide Maison Henriroux establishment and our second restaurant, Espace PH3. You have a diploma from a hotel school and over two years' experience in the hotel and restaurant trade. You are a serious, hard-working, motivated individual. Curious by nature and with a positive attitude, your good humour will be essential if you are to progress within our family business.
