For our La Pyramide Maison Henriroux establishment and our second restaurant, Espace PH3. You have a diploma from a hotel school and over two years' experience in the hotel and restaurant trade. You are a serious, hard-working and motivated person. Curious by nature and with a positive attitude, your good humour will be essential if you are to progress within our family business.

In this place steeped in history, in an exceptional location (two hours from the sea and mountains) and 25km south of Lyon, every day will offer you the opportunity to hone your professional skills with a top-flight team.
La Pyramide offers its guests 19 rooms and 4 suites, all fully renovated, with a contemporary and luxurious feel, as well as a bistronomic restaurant, lounge bar and two-star Michelin restaurant.
We are currently recruiting an accountant (M/F) for our La Pyramide **** establishment in Vienne, Isère (38).
Job profile
As an accountant in our family establishment, you will be working at the heart of the business! You will join our two-strong office team. The role involves managing the accounts for all our activities.
Accounts payable:
- Checking and recording supplier invoices
- Tracking of invoice approvals by each department
- Following-up of disputes with payment of invoices within payment deadlines
Accounts receivable:
- Checking and recording of sales on a daily basis
- Checking and monitoring of incoming payments
- Checking and monitoring cash registers
- Monitoring of accounts receivable
Treasury:
- Recording of daily bank transactions
- Producing reconciliation reports
General accounting:
- Auditing and clearing of accounts
- Reconciling outstanding accounts
- Preparing and declaring VAT
- Filing and archiving financial records in accordance with legal requirements
You may also be asked to take part in ancillary tasks other than those relating directly to your position.
