The Patrick Henriroux's Restaurant, an exceptional inn in Isère

At the heart of this legendary establishment on the Route du Midi, pleasure goes beyond the plate. Chef Patrick Henriroux has lavished special attention on the surroundings of his 2 Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, in the heart of this iconic building.

When you walk through the doors of La Pyramide in the centre of Vienne , you'll discover a world entirely devoted to your wellbeing.

Our attentive teams will welcome you with sincerity and a smile, guiding you into the unique décor of our dining room created by Régis Dho, a contemporary designer and interior decorator.

The furnishings, with their clean, modern lines have been made to measure. The combination of black, yellow and grey, and the alternation of high-quality materials, make this a stylish and altogether striking setting. Combining conviviality and intimacy, this is a place of elegance and refinement.

Throughout the meal, the lighting changes in tune with the different tasting moments; the temperature of the room is optimal and the tableware has been carefully selected to showcase the creative dishes. Chef Henriroux and his brigade stage a gourmet choreography in a charming, contemporary setting served up with good humour, sincerity and professionalism.

A unique and intimate experience in the heart of an establishment steeped in history.

Patrick Henriroux’s signature dishes

Meat, fish and vegetables, with the chef's credo of colours, aromas, flavours running through them all. Take, for example, the soufflé of crab with Oscietra caviar from the famous French Sturia house, dreamt up during a visit to Brittany's Finistère region (a tasty jelly with an ocean-scented chocolate mousse and a waffle garnished with chervil, parsley, tarragon, dried shallots and caviar).

The rump of veal, simmered with vegetables from our valley, in a traditional jus, features a fine cut of milk-fed, raised by its mother veal supplied by the chef's Best Craftsman of France butcher.

The fillet of red mullet with vegetables and a bouillabaisse emulsion. A gourmet dish that changes with the seasons.

And to round off the meal on a delectably sweet note, Chef Henriroux's legendary dessert: his dark chocolate piano-shaped creation layers almond and hazelnut, served with a gold and black chocolate sorbet and a toasted coffee sauce.

Created in life-size form when he was at the Ferme de Mougins as a tribute to the artists who were attending the Cannes Film Festival, this mythical dessert has featured on the menu ever since Henriroux’s arrival at La Pyramide, making its appearance just a few weeks before the start of the Jazz à Vienne festival. The gourmet touch, par excellence, to ring down the curtain on a truly refined gastronomic score.

Fernand Point's iconic marjoram cake is back in the spotlight...

On the restaurant menu for summer 2022 and a fitting way to celebrate the restaurant's 200th anniversary, this sweet indulgence combines a classic recipe with a modern twist dreamt up by Chef Henriroux and his dynamic team. A recipe steeped in history, set to become a signature dessert at this legendary establishment!

Historic dishes from La Pyramide

Turbot in Champagne, Bresse chicken poached in a cow's bladder and lined with truffles and the exquisitely layered chocolate, meringue and praline marjoram cake. Patrick Henriroux is rightly proud of the history of this legendary institution, the first to be awarded three Michelin stars, in which chefs who shaped the history of French gastronomy during Fernand Point's era worked side by side. He is therefore keen to offer - on request - the signature dishes of his illustrious predecessor, Fernand Point. It is his way of perpetuating a prestigious history while injecting it with the modern flair for which he is so renowned.

The wine cellar

A magnificent 300m2 cellar of Grands Crus with over 1,500 different wine varieties will accompany your meals in this 2-starred fine dining restaurant in Vienne.

Faithful to its desire to celebrate its surroundings, the establishment, in the heart of the Condrieu vineyards, has selected a large number of Rhône Valley wines, from the big names to smaller, less well-known wine houses and up-and-coming winemakers. We also offer wines from Burgundy and other regions, thanks to our central location in France.

Three passionate sommeliers, working in close collaboration with the chefs in the kitchen, are on hand to offer invaluable advice on perfect food and wine pairings.

Passionate about Chartreuse, this plant-based liqueur produced in a monastery in Isère, Chef Henriroux offers one of the world's finest collections at La Pyramide. Exceptional bottles, some over a century old, and the advice of a true connoisseur to guide you.
